Delivery

Items typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays, from the time your order is processed. Custom items, large orders and during unusually busy times, shipment may take 2-14 business days.

Carriers

Orders may be shipped by any carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL regardless of carrier selected at checkout. In the event a different carrier is used, the shipping method will have an equivalent estimated delivery time. LTL freight trucks are used when items are too large for common carriers. Items classified ORM-D will not be shipped by air.

Completed Orders

All orders are shipped as complete to save on shipping and handling costs. All items are picked from the warehouse and shipped together completing the order. Partial shipping only occurs when shipping items from multiple warehouses. Orders that include items on backorder will not ship items in stock unless customer approves additional shipping costs.

Quotes

Quotes are provided for special order and all LTL freight shipments.
